Gerard Cachon, Academic Affiliate, is an Associate Professor of Operations and Information Management at The Wharton School. He has a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania; BAS from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania. He has expertise in supply chain management, incentives in operations management and electronic commerce. His recent consulting projects include grocery industry logistics and inventory management with Ahold Corporation and fashion apparel demand forecasting and capacity planning.

Karen Donohue, Academic Affiliate, is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Management Science at the Carlson School of the University of Minnesota. She received her PhD and MS degrees from Northwestern University and a BA from St. Olaf College. Previous academic appointments include the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern University, Loyola and the University of Chicago. She is an expert in supply chain coordination and inventory management.

Vishal Gaur, Academic Affiliate, is an Assistant Professor at New York University's Stern School of Business. He has a PhD from The Wharton School of Business, an MBA with concentration in Operations Management and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management and a B Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His research focuses on retail operations management. He has consulted on many industry projects focused on demand forecasting and inventory management for short lifecycle products.
