Jiri Nechleba brings 25 years of experience in the technology sector to the position of President and CEO at 4R Systems. While at 4R, he has focused the company on developing solutions that help retailers optimize the profitability in their investment in product and inventory. With solutions that help retailers buy, order, replenish & allocate and markdown profit-optimally, 4R helps leading retailers significantly improve their profitability and performance.
Prior to joining 4R Systems, he was the Chairman, President and CEO at INTERLINQ Software Corporation, a publicly traded software company serving the mortgage banking industry headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. While there, he led a turn around that broadened the company's product line, restored profitability and more than doubled the company's size in a 4 year period. The company was recognized by NASDAQ and Deloitte & Touche in 2000 as one of the "top 50" fastest growing companies in Washington State.
Previously, Mr. Nechleba was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Nielsen SolutionWare, the technology business unit of AC Nielsen, the world's largest market research company.
After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with degrees in Physics and in Earth and Planetary Sciences, Mr. Nechleba joined Management Decision Systems where he ultimately led a consulting practice focused on new product and business development and strategic planning. After leaving MDS, he was an independent consulting with clients such as General Electric, Avon, Citibank, Dow Jones, Gannett and DDB Needham and served as a board member for a number of companies.

Dave Leonard joined 4R Systems in 2001 and brings over 25 years of experience in the computer industry, including work in systems programming, firmware development, CPU design, software engineering, and management.
Prior to joining 4R Systems, he was Vice President of Development at startup MoreCom, Inc., a provider of software for interactive television, which grew five-fold in size during his tenure before being acquired by Liberate Technologies. Previous to working at MoreCom, he held various positions at Lotus Development Corporation, including Senior Director of the Wayne Labs, and Chief Architect for Soft-Switch products. Mr. Leonard joined Lotus through the acquisition of Soft-Switch, Inc., where he rose from a Senior Software Engineer to a Senior Development Manager. Before joining Soft-Switch, he worked for Formation, Inc., analyzing and modifying operating system behavior, developing I/O subsystem and CPU firmware, and managing CPU design.
Mr. Leonard holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Stefano Alberti joined 4R Systems in 2002 and brings expertise in forecasting, statistical data analysis, algorithm development and price optimization.
Prior to joining 4R Systems, he was a Lead Analyst with Manugistics, where he led the algorithmic development of one of Manugistics pricing optimization products from conceptual prototype phase to successful installation. While at Manugistics, Mr. Alberti also consulted and designed Revenue Management systems for travel and transportation industry clients.
Mr. Alberti holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M, and an M.S. ABD in Operations Research from Cornell University.
